Hear my prayer, O LORD; give ear to my pleas for mercy! (Ps 143:1 ESV))

Plans are being made for Bill’s memorial service to be on Friday Feb. 3^rd. at 2:00 pm at Community Bible Church. Many of you
have asked about this. Kathy is doing as well as to be expected as Bill had made his plans for music etc.  Keep Kathy and family in prayer for strength as they go through this time.  She doesn’t need anything food wise at this time because her friends in the neighborhood are surrounding her with love and support.  They were loved by all and their faith in the Lord has been such a wonderful testimony of how God gives you strength in your times of need.   Sandy Voegeli

I really need help with ptsd symptoms its affecting every area
of my life including relationship with my children, work, physically,
mentally, emotionally exhausting. i get overwhelmed and fly off the handle
and/or cry and even though I want to stop cursing and being angry towards
others (mostly children)  it just doesn’t seem to get better. medications
just made things worse so i’m off them. i’m a praying individual and read
specific scriptures to get delivered. i’ve been to counseling and been
prayed over and still it’s just a daily battle. when there is nobody to
take care of or less things to do I seem to do better. As soon as my plate
starts getting fuller or if i have to tell my children something more than
once or if they make a huge mess it sets me off. i’m holding thoughts
captive to the Word. I’m confessing out of my mouth that God’s love is in
me and I have the oil of gladness and garment of praise. I’m really working
on this and still it saddens me that my kids get the brunt of it all. I
want them to have a relaxed content not easily irritated mom who leads by

Please pray for John Hall. He will be having a triple bi-pass on Monday the 23rd. John and Tina hall were members of CBC before moving from Beaufort.

My Son’s boss had terrible news, his newborn son, Paul was accidently dropped on to a concrete  driveway. He is in critical condition. Prayers are needed !   David Johnson

Danielle asked me to provide this information to be added to the prayer
chain,  I accompanied her on her appt this morning in Savannah.

Danielle has sustained fracture of her R tibia, 2 or more
fragment of the surface that the femur articulates (connects) on.   The
fragments are only slightly displaced, and healing can take place as long as she
does not put weight on them for about 3 months.

Because of her previous history of blood clots from legs to
lungs, she is high risk for surgery, and the physician suggests she go the
conservative, non-surgical  route.  He will reassess in 2 weeks.  If the
fragments remain in place, it is her desire and intent to avoid surgery and its
risks.   She will continue to have a lot of pain with movement for the next 2 -3
weeks, regardless of what is done.  However, she is more comfortable in the
locking knee immobilizer applied today.  Her physician, Dr. Jenkins, is a
Christian and encouraged her to pray a lot!   Harold Cross

Please be in prayer for Vicky Bridges as she waits for approval from the Doctors to have a much needed surgery.  Also pray for Ann, their daughter who will be coming to help for after surgery care.  Ann needs salvation and pray that Jerry and Vicky will be able to talk to her about that when she is here.  Pray for peace for Jerry as he has been without sleep due to their situation.
