Please continue to pray for Frank Dawson.  He is experiencing a lot of pain now and is taking a pain medication that is making him very nauseated.  Pray for comfort for Frank and for a medication that will keep him comfortable without the side effects.  Pray for Janet as she takes care of him.

Please pray for Jack Thompson.  He is a cancer patient and he has been having throat problems this week.  Pray that he can get a speedy Dr’s appointment and that his problems will not be serious.  He and his wife Mickie attend CBC.

Prince Tucker will be having surgery this morning to have a hip replacement.  He is diabetic and has had a kidney transplant.  Pray that the surgery will go well and he will have no complications. He is a Christian.

Hurrah; after a CT on Tuesday and back to back sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday with Interventional Radiology, we are delighted to report that Lois has had three (3) lines removed and now only four remain.  With the line into the lower intestine repositioned, she is now receiving liquid food directly into her system to help restore her nutrition.  We took two walks yesterday including one after a visit to the IR. This morning, Lois reports that she had a relatively comfortable night with our first walk now scheduled for 10:15.  Fluids from the remaining drains continue to diminish in output, another good sign that her body is healing and the inflammation is subsiding.  Our date to leave the hospital has yet to be determined; we are hopeful that in another two weeks we can begin outpatient care working primarily on strength recovery.  Thank you for your continued prayers for a speedier recovery.Make every day amazing. 

Friday morning at 9:30 am Robert Barton will be having a bone scan to determine what the pain in his joints is. All of the previous tests have shown nothing. Pray that this test will reveal the problem.

Please pray for Barry Malphrus.  He is the chairperson to organize Operation Christmas Child for CBC.  Barry has cerebral palsy and due to that has difficulty with mobility.  He has been having some pain in his hips lately that is keeping him from being able to practice his physical therapy which is horseback riding.  This has helped to keep him flexible in the hips for many years, but now with the pain he is not able to ride. Also pray as he is organizing OCC this year: that each detail will fall into place, that all the help will be available as it has in the past for making boxes, packing boxes, and loading boxes.Pray that OCC will exceed last year’s numbers, because that will mean that even more children will be able to hear the gospel. Pray that each box will bless the child that receives it. The Greatest Gift, Inc, the foundation started by Barry Malphrus, sent out several hundred letters today requesting donations for boxes for Operation Christmas Child. Please say a prayer that all of those who will receive the letters will feel compelled to give to this wonderful project.  This is the same organization that by God’s grace we were able to pack 963 boxes last year and our goal for this year is 1,000. Please pray for Miranda Manuel. (Corrine and Shelby’s daughter). She has been in a car wreck and totaled her car. She doesn’t seem to have serious injury. Pray for the Manuels as they go to be with her. Terry Beach

Please continue to pray for Elaine Elder as she recuperates from back surgery. She is in a lot of pain and seems to be very depressed. The surgery went well but the ammount of pain was unexpected. She is a faithful Christian woman.

Please pray for Alex Wierzbicki. He has got the flesh eating bacteria, and is being treated with strong antibotics. They are trying to keep this out of his blood stream. Pray that the antibotics will work to stop the spread of this. Alex is 15.
