What a nice thing you did in sending this out to all these people. I appreciate it.The cath test was done yesterday, checking both the right a left sides of my heart. All the arteries are in good shape but the aortic valve is not (as we suspected). The doctor is recommending that it be replaced within 2 weeks. We are now evaluating placed to get this done. It looks like we would like to go to Mayo, Jacksonville or Emory in Atlanta. We will keep you posted. Thanks again for the prayers and keep them coming. John
Please pray for the Church building. The choir and director would love to be able to do the Christmas Musical there. Pray that all the building will be complete in time to work with the sound system, lighting, and other details in time to do some practice and performance there. We thank God for what has been done already and the weather that has helped thus far.
Robert Barton’s bone scan came back clear. Praise the Lord!! Pray that the pain in his legs will stop. He has decided to just keep wait awhile and see what happens.
- that the patients will be receptive to the Gospel and Grace of Christ
- that their surgeries will go well and they will receive physical as well as spiritual healing
- all of our supplies (surgical and food) will be there (that the ship has come in)
- all the team would stay both physically and spiritually healthy while in Haiti
- the autoclave(sterilizer) will keep working
- the generator will keep working
- and more specifically for me that I would have the physical strength to do the anesthesia as will as be a the team leader for this group that God wants me to be.
Please pray for strength for Cindy Ackerman and her 3 children. (and the family). Milton Ackerman was killed this weekend in a accident.
