Please keep Pastor Bill Ashton in prayer. The cancer has come back and he is currently taking a new medicine that is making him very sick. Pray that this medicine will be effective in getting rid of the cancer in his body. Pray for strength for him, Lyn, and Katy.

For those of you who may not know…Ray suffered a stomach bleed from a ruptured vein in his stomach last Tuesday morning…He was rushed to MUSC in Charleston where they did emergency surgery Tuesday afternoon placing a shunt or stint through his liver to flow the blood from his stomach directly to his heart…It was a very invasive surgery called T.I.P.S….He is presently in liver failure and in very critical but stable condition in the intensive care unit at MUSC…We have all been there since last Tuesday, and I have come home to check on everything and will be going back this afternoon or in the morning…He has pneumonia, sometimes caused by the ventilator…He is in God’s hands….Gloria
Judy Fluegel is at home on a 24 hour TPN feeding tube. She is still taking medication for pain and nausia. She has a home health care nurse who visits her. We are still praying for healing and comfort of her wrist and liver/pancreas. She is a little better and we thank you for your prayers.

Jack Thompson is doing well following surgery. They removed scar tissue in his neck and hope that that will help to restore his voice. Sandy
I have an update on my cousin Ray Knowles. I did not know where the hemorage was, but it turns out it was the main artery to his liver. He is at MUSC in critical condition. As of last night he was unconcious. Please pray for my Aunt Gloria Tuten(his mother), his wife Richanna, and the rest of the family as they wait for more news. Thank you.

Judy Fluegel has been at BMH for 9 days now. She continues to have pain and vomit. A doctor did a scope of her problem area and has determined that she does need to go to MUSC, this information came as another doctor said surgery was not needed. Due to the Holidays many doctors have seen my mom and it is as though the right hand does not know what the left hand in doing. Her hospital stay has been very discouraging and we are hoping she will be well enough to go home before she has a procedure at MUSC. Please pray for continued healing and wisdom for the doctors.

Nellah Prezalor is home from the Hospital. That is a answer to prayers. She still has a drain tube and is taking lasix to keep the fluid from building up. Pray that she will continue to heal and there will be no more problems.
Hello, this is Morgan, Sonja McTeer’s son…she asked me to type up an update on her behalf…right now she is at the hospital…sometime between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m today (I don’t know exactly when because I was gone) my dad attempted suicide…he has been in the hospital since and he is in ICU right now…he is a stable condition…but they are waiting for him to become alert and back to normal health…He is searching for happiness…pray that he finds that happiness in God and that he realizes that his family and friends are here for him and that we love him dearly and that he needs to live in order to be happy…pray for his salvation and for my mom as she is having to deal with this right now…not even leaving his side! Thanks prayer warriors…
…also, while my mom was there one of her and my grandmother’s friends from Port Royal Baptist had a possible heart attack…pray for him also…his name in Darrell Jerrell…thanks’

Hi Sandy and Prayer Warriors,
We are needing prayer this morning for my husband Wayne. He’s been battling depression for a couple of years and it has been very bad the past 2 days. This morning he woke up and went driving and when I called him he was thinking about suicide. He says he’s talked to the help lines twice and hung up on them. I don’t believe he’s saved but he believes he is. Please pray for God to reach through this darkness and save him. Please pray for wisdom for all of us.
