The CBC Prayer Chain, is a ministry of Community Bible Church. God listens to our prayers and answers in His way. Sometimes the answer is not what we expected or even thought we wanted. God sees the “big picture” and only when we see Him face to face will we fully understand some of the answers. It is our hope that through this blog, with requests and comments, we can see the mighty hand of God moving in our lives and the lives of others.
Anyone can comment on the requests posted here by clicking on the “comment” button after each post. You can post a new prayer request after you register by clicking on “register” under META on the left sidebar. After your register you will receive a e-mail with your initial password. After you are registered, you can use the “log-in” button to sign-in and change your password to something you can remember. Click subscription tab to subscribe by e-mail. You will probably want to check all the category boxes. You can also submit a prayer request by e-may by clicking the “Submit a Prayer Request” button at the top of every page. We are grateful to Sandy Voegeli, for her faithful work in providing this ministry.
This is a moderated blog which means that posts and comments are viewed and approved by the moderator before they appear on the blog. This slows things down a little but keeps out those who would do harm.
We have two RSS feeds, one for entries and another for comments so if you have a RSS reader set up on your computer, you can subscribe and be notified when any new entry or comment is posted on the Prayer Chain. Threre are at least a dozen rss readers available. I use a free one from Bloglines. You can click here for more information about the Bloglines reader. Use the buttons under RSS on the right side of the Prayer Chain blog to set up your feeds.
