Frank Henrick has asked that the prayer warriors of CBC pray for him that he will stay on the right path.  He cleaned up his act (drinking, smoking, etc.0 over a year ago and he is under severe temptation and needs your prayers. 

Please pray for Alison and her husband Tom. Tom is a Marine and they just recently moved from BFT to Indiana. Alison, 27 years old, was diagnosed 2 years ago with stage 4 cancer. Upon her arrival in IN, they found that her cancer has become more aggressive. She has new tumor growth and has been in a great deal of pain. The new tumor growth has threatened the function of one of her kidneys and also her spinal cord. Currently, her options of treatment consist of trial studies. Alison’s only desire is to be healed and be a mother. She and her husband have no children. Please pray for the Lord to restore her health. Heal her of cancer. Also, pray for her to be pain free and active. Most importantly pray for she and her husband’s salvation and a deap walk with the Lord.  Kimberly McDermot

I will have further cancer-related surgery on June 19.  My eighty-year-old dad will be staying at my house taking care of Matthew and the animals.  Then he will be with me a week after I come home.  Please pray that things go well with my surgery and that Matthew is obedient to Dad.   I should be in the hospital a week.  Thanks. ginger Garner

I have a relative on my side of our family, Vivian Grice, living in Aiken. She recently had an accident while riding her bike. She put her foot down as we do when stopping a bike but she did not look where she was putting her foot and it went into a hole. The bike slammed into her ankle and broke two bones. She had to have surgery and is now on crutches. Vivian is a very active person at home and on the job (registrar at USC Aiken). She is a Christian and loves the Lord. Please pray for her to have peace during this time and that God will give her complete healing.

Our daughter April in Kalamazoo, MI has a best friend named Lydia. Lydia has a lump in her breast that showed up in a mamogram.and she is very frightened. Lydia is a Christian and she goes in tomorrow, Thursday, for ultrasound testing. April is going with her for encouragement and to try to take away some of the fear. Please pray that God would give Lydia peace and that the lump would prove to be not a source of concern.

 Please continue to pray for Tahya with her epilepsy.  She was pulled off her new medication this morning due to a rash.  We are in a waiting period to see what the rash does.    Please pray for my son John.  He is in the last critical week before his dissertation is due.  This is the culmination of 10 years of work and study and research with many emotional and physical upsets along the way.   He became ill last week and needs all his strength for the next gruelling week.   Please pray that he finds the strength to successfully meet his deadline.
