‘I’m Eric KOUAKOU, an African evangelical pastor; I’ve been called by the Lord to preach His gospel in Belgium, country where I have established myself also for professional purposes.

I’m asking you to support me in prayer so that this country could hear and understand the Word of God notably through me the humble servant of God. Here in Europe, the Word of God is largely neglected. I’m willing to open a living church here. Then kindly pray for it and for a revival through this church.

Please pray for my Grandaddy.  He has been in and out of the hospital since the beginning of May.  He is 84 and it seems that his body is shutting down.  Please pray for his salvation.  This is such a burden on my heart.  He says that he believes in Jesus, but he is not sure if he is going to heaven.  He says that he hopes that he is going.  Please pray that God will touch his heart so that he will have true salvation and have a total assurance of his eternal home.  In Christ, Melody Clendenen

A while back I had asked for prayer for my grandfather, Jack Lucas, who was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer (He is in Mississippi). Well I am requesting prayer once again. My grandfather’s battle with cancer is drawing nearer to the end. All of his organs are begining to shut down and he is in a great deal of pain. He professes to be a believer. At this time my family and I seek prayer for comfort and peace for him and strength for my family.  We also want to say thank you to all who have been keeping him in your prayers.

Please pray that God Blesses me financially with $7,000 to pay all my bills including  this car I bought my son last nov.which he now can’t pay and I am stuck paying it, that they call me from an apt I applied for, a computer for my other son who needs it to take test on, and that my son Alex lose 250lbs and that I lose 80 because we really have to for our health and that my 4 children come to serve Jesus, and that I can get the apt and things I need to start making and selling cookies. I am sick and disabled and can not work but me and my struggling 2 youngest kids need financual help most. My 2 youngest kids are the ones that have me in bad financial condition, they find low paying jobs, or they lose the job, and it’s always something, and I can not keep paying their bills and giving them the money they need. I have no money left for me to eat or pay my bills. I have no money except a small SS monthly check that I have to streach all the way to heaven. Please pray that these 2 sons of mine get 2 good lasting jobs and enough to pay their own bills and, oh, I forgot one son needs a car, put this too on the list. If they call me from the apt. I will be far away from them. MY 1st 2 do not bother me or ask me for anything. Its my 2 youngest that are driving me crazy. And they won’t stop smoking cigerettes. They are good kids 32 and 24 but they have to grow up, get responsible, work more and stop wasting their time. Please pray for Danny and Alex. Maria Escobar

‘Please keep my grandfather, Jack Lucas in your prayers. He is 80 years old, living in Mississippi and has just been diagnosed with Stage 3 Mantel Lymphoma. The doctors do not think that he will be able to do any kind of chemo treatment because of my grandfather’s heart condition. So now they are treating him for pain management. He is in a lot of pain. He professes to be a Believer. My family and I are asking prayer for comfort, strength, and God’s Will.

Please pray for Bernarda. She has been given a week or less to live. She needs all the prayer she can get and hasn’t much time so please pray for her. Please also pray that my body will be restored to health, I can die at anytime with the health issues I have. Sandra

First of all, let me say ‘thank you’ to a member of your congregation by the name of Lisa who believes in your church and the fellowship at CBC.  Through my work, I happened upon her and we had a wonderful conversation about your church.  My ‘intentions’ have been good to attend and possibly become a part of your congregation but hasn’t happened ‘yet’.  I underwent bifemoral aorta surgery for blockages in the aorta that runs through the chest to both legs.  I am still recouperating at home…haven’t returned to work as of today, and in looking for an uplifting sermon this morning on the TV, I happened across CBC’s broadcast…What an inspiration.  As soon as I can get up and out, I will be attending your services, until then, I will continue to watch on Sundays.  I would like to ask for your prayers and God’s blessings, as he has been good to me.  Please pray for continued healing and comfort as I get through each day from the pain and discomfort from my recent surgery.  I know God will bring me forth from this as he did in 2005 when I underwent brain aneurysm surgery.  Nothing but the hand of God has delivered me thus far and I am very well aware of that fact.  He has a plan for me and I am ready to find out what that is and fulfill it to the best of my ability.  Thank you for being there and for all your prayers.   Cindy Southard
